Day 03: Orea V4 Wide Brewing Colombian Washed Pink Bourbon (Quo Roastery) | Advent Calendar 2025

Day 03 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ Today I’m brewing a washed Pink Bourbon from Colombia roasted by Quo Roastery (Sweden) using the Orea V4 Wide with the open bottom. I ran two identical brews — one with the wave paper filter and one with the flat Orea filter — and the difference in the cup was bigger than expected. In this video I compare wave vs flat filters and how paper shape affects clarity, body, and flavour.
