Day 02: Hario Switch Brewing a Honey Ethiopia (Coffee Collective) | Advent Calendar 2025

Day 02 of the Coffee Advent Calendar 2025! ☕ Today I’m brewing a honey-processed Ethiopian coffee from Coffee Collective using the Hario Switch. I’m using an immersion-style bloom: 50g bloom for 1 minute with the valve closed, then adding all remaining water and draining at the 4-minute mark. In this video I explain how to control brew strength when using this technique.
