In this quick video, I’m going to show you how to find the percentage of a number online. If you’re doing these calculations often, I recommend using the calculator at calculator.net. The URL is a bit long, so I’ll drop it in the video description for easy access. Once you’re on the site, you’ll see a variety of percentage calculators. There’s a standard percentage calculator, one for common phrases, and others for percentage differences and changes. For our purposes, we’re focusing on the percentage of a number, so we’ll use the middle option, which is the percentage calculator and common phrases. To get started, you’ll need your starting value. For example, if you input 100 and want to find out what percentage 88 is of that, just click calculate. It’s straightforward—88 of 100 is, of course, 88%. But let’s say you want to do something a little more complex. Let’s try a different number, like 8675, and see what percentage 59 is of that. After entering those values and clicking calculate, you’ll find that 59 is approximately 0.680115 of 8675. The calculator also provides a bunch of decimal places for more precision if you need it. This tool is super handy for any odd calculations you might have to do. If you’re looking for percentages or any of the other calculators available, you can always find them at calculator.net. I really suggest bookmarking this tool; it’s accessible from your phone, desktop, or tablet—wherever you are in the world. Another great feature is that you can copy and paste the values directly if you need them for a document or something. This way, you get the exact percentage you need without any hassle. I hope you found this video helpful for figuring out how to calculate percentages online. If you did, please give it a thumbs up. It really helps out, and don’t forget to subscribe for more useful videos!
