Today, I'm going to show you how to download and print an Amazon receipt. I'm on Amazon.co.uk using my desktop, and the first step is to find the "Your Orders" section. You can do this by hovering over the "Hello, [Your Name]" at the top of the page. Once you do that, click on "Your Orders," and you'll see a list of all your recent purchases. For this example, I’ll be using a book I bought for Christmas. Once you're in the orders section, look for the invoice section at the top. You'll see two options: "Printable Order Summary" and "Invoice." I recommend opening both of these in new tabs so you can view them separately. When you click on the "Order Summary," you'll see all the details like the order number, date, and payment method. There's a handy print button right there. If you click it, you'll be able to print the summary. Just a heads up, my default setting is "Save as PDF," since I don't have a printer connected right now. But if you do, your printer should show up automatically. Just select it and click print. Now, let's go back to the invoice tab I opened. You can download the invoice by clicking the download option, which will save it directly to your downloads folder. There's also a print option in the top right corner, which works the same way as the order summary. You can print the full invoice directly from there. Sometimes, you might prefer to save the invoice first and then print it later. This way, you have a copy saved on your device as well. And that's pretty much it!
