In this video, I’m basically giving you my freshman survival guide for Ateneo (and honestly, even if you’re not from Ateneo, the “how to not get overwhelmed” parts still apply). I talk about what OrSem is, what it felt like for me, and why it’s super worth showing up and being present—even if you’re shy or you feel like you don’t know anyone yet. I also share links that helped me a lot, like the campus map, so you can visualize where things are and feel less lost. I also explain the more “adulting” side of being a freshie: your OBF email perks, what AISIS is, and how enlistment works. I walk you through the basics of enlistment and what you should prepare so you’re not panic-clicking when it’s your turn. To make it easier, I included a step-by-step enlistment guide link (credits to the owner) that you can follow while you’re doing it. At the end, I share extra college tips to help you settle in, stay organized, and feel excited (not terrified) for the start of classes.
