Wild Dark Shore is short, sweet, and insanely atmospheric—one of those books that kind of defies genre. You’re on a harsh, deserted island with Dominic and his kids, and then a woman washes ashore alive, and you have to know why. It’s subtle, gripping, beautifully written, and yes, it made me cry.
