I used my food dehydrator to make a big batch of dried apples for our road trip, and it’s such an easy way to prep snacks ahead. I set it to 140° for about 6 hours and just kept loading trays until I used up our apples. It also helped because we didn’t want to bring fresh fruit across the border.
