Should you incorporate your business provincially or federally in Canada? If a business is incorporated federally in Canada, it must also be incorporated provincially in the province it operates. If it is incorporated provincially first, it does not necessarily need to be incorporated federally. There aren't a lot of benefits to incorporating federally other than the ability to have better business name protection across Canada and more flexibility with where your business operates. It may make sense for some companies, but not worth it for most. Magnaltus Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/magnaltus/ #business #businessmanagement #businessstartup #saskatchewan
