About This Video

I’m finally vlogging again (it’s been a minute because I’ve been so focused on fashion content), and this video is our cozy little Boston weekend getaway to celebrate mine and David’s 2-year anniversary. We drove up with Toast for his first-ever hotel stay, made our mandatory Dunkin stop (it’s literally our road trip tradition), and checked into one of our favorite hotels in Back Bay: The Whitney. The area is so walkable and full of cute shops, which is exactly why we love staying over there. Once we got in, David totally outdid himself with a dozen red roses waiting in the room (it was sweet… even though the hotel kind of spoiled the surprise). We grabbed lunch at Tatte—one of our favorite breakfast/brunch spots—then did a little shopping, including a stop at Flat of the Hill where we found the cutest Jellycat bunny (we collect the bunnies, so I had to). I also share my full dinner outfit details (yes, I’m being upfront—everything is Zara), and we head to Little Whale on Newbury Street for what I genuinely think are the best oysters ever, aka the place that completely changed my mind about oysters after a bad experience when I was younger.
