The issue I am having with the Reloop Mixon 8 Pro

This is a replacement controller that has the same issues I was having with the original one. The app works fine with other controllers and mixers. I also have had the same thing happen when using the app on my MacBook Pro with a different song file. My only experience with Reloop has been with turntables until now. The turntables are great but this controller isn't a good fit for me. Random stopping and losing control of the platters is a deal breaker for me. Update: Reloop has reached out to me and explained that this may be a hardware issue.
