I made this shell to use for a digital photo booth that runs on an iPad using the Luma booth Photo Booth app. It was very easy to make and didn’t cost a lot of money. I built it on a Friday and was using it the next day. It has already generated repeat business, and paid for itself. The materials to make this were purchased at Home Depot and cost less than $125. The body is made of PVC piping and adapters, along with a couple of pieces of plywood. The ring light was purchased from Walmart and it cost $15. I am using an iPad Air fourth generation for 2020 but you can fit just about any iPad in this ring light.
