Did I make a mistake? Issues with the Reloop Mixon 8 Pro

This is just an update of my switch to DJ Pro using the Reloop Mixon 8 Pro. I've had some issues and am having to send it back for a replacement. Reloop has reached out to me and explained that this may be a hardware issue.
