This Cartrimhome LED hatch door light kit is a super clean plug-and-play upgrade for the Highlander. I like it because it adds a ton of usable light behind the vehicle and in the trunk area, and you don’t have to splice any factory wiring. The touch button and the auto on/off with the hatch makes it feel like it should’ve come from the factory.

- +Auto off when hatch closes and auto on when hatch opens
- +Includes plenty of wire length for easy routing
Cons
- -You need to supply your own zip ties to secure the wiring
- -Liftgate height may need to be reset after unplugging the hatch computer
