Morning Rituals

This is not another morning routine video. In fact, this is kind of an anti-morning routine video. I’ve come to dislike the word “routine” because it feels very rigid to me. The truth is that my life is different everyday, and I need different things each morning. What’s consistent is that my mornings are sacred to me, and I do wake up early and take plenty of time in the morning to make sure I am giving myself what I need to feel good and show up in life as the best version of myself. So for that reason, my morning routine has evolved into an intuitive morning ritual. It shifts throughout the seasons, and different times of the month, but there are a few key elements that remain consistent, and that is what I share in this video. In this video, my morning consisted of activities including, hot yoga, the rebounder, sauna, meditation and channeled writing & journaling, matcha, and my basic b**** avocado toast!
