Earthing has become a particularly popular wellness/holistic health trend amongst the hippie community within the past few years. For my week-long barefoot challenge, it was super important to me to be in an environment fully immersed in nature. And what better time to do this than when I was in the middle of the mountains in Costa Rica completing a 5-day water fast? Definitely, the perfect time to do this earthing experiment. In this video, I share my experience trying “earthing” for one week and what it was like to be fully barefoot and immersed in nature.
