KZ Duet
The KZ Duet is a budget gaming-oriented earbud that surprised me with a huge, symmetrical stage and really solid separation/positioning for FPS. It’s bassy even as a normal earbud, and once you use the included silicone sleeve with tips, it becomes a straight-up basshead “boom boom” set with natural mids and sparkly treble.

- +Huge, symmetrical soundstage for the price
- +Very good separation and positioning for gaming
- +Fun, big bass (especially with the silicone sleeve)
- +Natural, forward mids without sounding shouty
- +Easy to drive from a phone (25 ohm)
Cons
- -Cable is not removable
- -Silicone sleeve/tips only come in one size
- -Treble can be too sparkly without the sleeve
- -Mic quality is worse than Apple EarPods Type-C
