The FIIO K13 R2R is a $320-ish desktop DAC/amp that I’d call pure value for money. NOS mode is highly musical and slightly warm, while OS mode brings more sparkle and turns it into a detail monster for the price. My only nitpick is a slight wiggle on the power port on my sample—if that’s fixed, it’s basically an instant yes.
