The Fosi Audio DS3 is a $99 USB-C dongle DAC/amp that I like for one main reason: it pulls insane micro details for the price. It stays neutral and a bit surgical, renders bass rumble better than many sub-$100 dongles, and even helps my HD650 stage feel wider than usual.
