This is the main product I reviewed in the video: the Kiwi Ears x Z Reviews Serene. If you want a super fun, bass-oriented closed-back planar and you’re okay with relaxed upper mids/treble, this one is a guilty pleasure. Just keep in mind it likes amplification, and distortion reports exist even though my unit was clean.

- -Needs amplification; phone use is near max volume
- -Treble is smooth/relaxed, not for sparkle lovers
- -Some units reportedly have distortion or driver issues
- -Packaging/unboxing feels cheap
