I believe too many people are getting caught up in the idea that there might be a crash so they are thinking that they should wait. However, there is no way to guarantee that a crash will happen. So if you see a great property for yourself now but you talk yourself out of buying it because your hoping for a significant drop once the market crashes, you might find yourself waiting for a while.
