The great thing about real estate investing is that you can get as creative as you want to (for the most part) in order to purchase properties. With that being said, there are a number of strategies you can utilize to purchase investment house that do not require you to have good credit. That is why, no matter your background or expertise, real estate investing can be for anyone who chooses to educate themselves. It seems like in today’s day and age, everybody is so focused on having an amazing credit score without realizing that a great credit score isn’t the end all be all. In a lot of cases, if you have a decent credit score in the mid 600’s you can qualify for a lot of purchases. Although, a good credit score definitely helps, don’t let that be the main or only factor that deters you from pursuing a life of financial freedom through real estate investing.
