In this video I talk about some critical things that I wish I would have done before getting my real estate license. When you become a real estate agent, you essentially are starting a new business. Yes you have to hang your license under a real estate brokerage but you are still an independent contractor so everything is on YOU. With that being said, realtors are 100% commission so each paycheck is dependent on your amount of effort and production.
