In this cozy November update, I’m checking in on my personal curriculum—aka the little self-study plan I’ve been building for the fall—and sharing what’s working, what I’ve tweaked, and what I’m excited to keep leaning into. I walk through the main pillars I’m focusing on right now: Korean language learning, reading, cooking/recipes, and even jigsaw puzzling (because yes, that totally counts as a hobby worth making time for). Along the way, I also share a few peeks at my upcoming 2025/2026 journals and planners, because I’m always thinking ahead about how I want my analog life to feel. The biggest update is that I unofficially started a commonplace journal. I talk about what “commonplacing” looks like for me right now—more like a gentle, low-pressure place to collect what I’m learning and loving than a rigid system.
