What’s the latest on the controversial Canadian Mortgage Housing Corporation (CMHC) program rolled out on September 2, 2019? It has been cancelled: https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/first-time-home-buyers-incentive-discontinued-1.7130966 The First-Time Home Buyer Incentive has had lots of people questioning whether it was a PR stunt to sway voters before the 2019 election and in the end, it was true.
