Luminkey Magger68 (black)
The Luminkey Magger68 Pro in anodized black is the same feature-packed hall effect platform I reviewed, just in the cleanest colorway of the bunch. If you’re not into the busy keycap look on my unit, the black (and white) versions are the ones I’d personally pick for a cleaner setup.
Pros
- +Solid 1.2 kg aluminum build with premium anodized finish
- +Very responsive for gaming (8,000 Hz polling / 4,000 Hz scan)
- +After updates, rapid trigger and actuation settings work reliably
Cons
- -Software was rocky at launch and still feels a bit overwhelming
- -Bottom case can sound slightly hollow, causing sound inconsistency
- -Stock keycap legends/printing quality can be inconsistent depending on set
