LinkedIn Live: Most law firms do not have a lead problem. They have a response problem.

Most law firms do not have a lead problem. They have a response problem. That was one of the big themes from my LinkedIn Live with Ivan Tryskyba, Founder of Lexidesk, and it is one more firms need to pay attention to. We got into what is really changing in voice AI, why the front end of a law firm is becoming a serious commercial advantage, and where firms are still quietly leaking revenue at first contact. What made this conversation valuable was that it stayed practical. We talked about why so much legal tech fails when it tries to force behaviour change, why fitting into the systems firms already use matters, and how Lexidesk’s integrations with Clio Manage, Clio Grow, and HubSpot are designed to improve flow rather than create more operational drag. We also unpacked the new Referral Network and why so many firms are still losing value from good enquiries that simply are not the right fit.  We also covered what Lexidesk is seeing across 11,000 intake conversations, what customer behaviour is telling us about where voice AI is heading, what clients are loving most once Lexidesk is live, and why capabilities like web chat, email, warm transfer, multilingual support, and even navigating detention-facility IVR menus point to something much bigger. This is no longer just about answering calls. It is about speed, qualification, conversion, and protecting revenue at the front door. And perhaps the biggest question of all was this: if a firm thinks its intake is “fine” and leaves this for another six months, what is that delay really costing? If you care about law firm growth, legal tech, client intake, or where voice AI is actually going in the legal sector, this is worth a watch.
