About This Video

In this tutorial I walk you through how I design a clean, modern One Week Poster (2026 style) in Photoshop—step by step, easy to follow. I start from Control + N, choose a print document, then I go straight to what matters: getting good images. One of the photos wasn’t too clean, so I duplicated it, fixed the rough areas, then I used an AI restore/upscale app to push it to “10K” and bring back details. The AI overdid the face a bit, so I blended the restored layer with the original using opacity and masking—because I want the original eyes, nose and teeth to stay natural. After that I remove backgrounds fast with an instant background remover (makes life so easy) and bring everything into my canvas. I build the layout using rectangles, rounded corners, distort, flip, shadows, and I keep the vibe consistent—today I went with a brown + white theme so the design communicates well. I add gradients, clipping masks, simple dividers, and I keep my fonts minimal (about three, but mostly I stick to one font family). Finally I set the date/time/venue blocks, add stars/blur for mood, don’t forget the flowers, and I even convert it into a banner size (36x48 setup and then resize properly). If you want the PSD/template, links are in the description—keep creating.
