What are the benefits & challenges of KTP for the academic team?

This short video provides the academic perspectives of KTP of two experienced researchers based at the University of Aberdeen: Dr Soumya Palliyil is a former KTP Associate on a KTP with Haptogen (now Pfizer), and currently the Lead Academic on a KTP with Elasmogen. Dr Andrew Starkey has been the Lead Academic on three KTP projects with Hydrasun, Motive Offshore Group and GDi. Both academics provide insights into how KTP works in different industry sectors, and how cross-disciplinary KTP projects are helping academics to meet the commitments of the university's Aberdeen 2040 strategic plan.
