The Supreme Court has unanimously sided with a Texas man, and habitual marijuana user, who argued that a federal law barring certain drug users from having guns was a violation of his 2nd Amendment rights. The 9-0 ruling does not strike down the law, but does deem the government cannot automatically disarm a person who occasionally uses marijuana, as was the case with Ali Danial Hemani.
