In this video, I shared the complete TCS NQT exam analysis for today’s shift and the cutoff expectations based on real candidate feedback. For the Foundation section, the pattern is the same story again: Numerical Ability felt hard, Reasoning was easy to medium, and Verbal was also easy to medium. The only difference this time is that this shift came a little late compared to other shifts, so many candidates were better prepared—because of that, you should be ready for a slight cutoff increase. I also gave you my safe score targets for the Foundation section: in Numerical, if you managed around 7–8+ (including some guesswork), you’re in a decent zone. For Reasoning, 11–13+ is a good score, and for Verbal, 12–13+ is a good score. After that, the most important part is the coding section, because that’s the main decider for Ninja vs Digital vs Prime. Since many students are able to solve the first coding question, the cutoff logic becomes very complicated—Digital can be around 7+ test cases, and for Prime I’m expecting 12/14 to 14/14 as a sure-shot range, though it may drop to 10+ in this shift because fewer students cleared the second question.
