हाय एवरीवन, इस वीडियो में मैं Infosys की तरफ से finally mass hiring drive का अपडेट लेकर आया हूं—और honestly ये एक ऐसी opportunity है जो बार-बार नहीं आती। खास बात ये है कि 2024 और 2025 batch के लिए Infosys ने second time hiring निकाली है, जो generally बहुत rare होता है। मैं आपको roles clear करता हूं: Specialist Programmer (L1/L2/L3) और Digital Specialist Engineer (DSE/DSC) profiles के लिए hiring है, और packages लगभग 7 LPA से लेकर 16 LPA तक mention हैं। Eligible degrees में BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, MSc और 5-year integrated courses आते हैं, और branches में CSE/IT/Data Science/AI-ML/Cyber/Software/ECE/EEE जैसी streams cover हैं। मैंने process भी simple तरीके से समझाया है—पहले apply करना है, और सबसे important: application के बाद confirmation mail expect मत करना। लगभग 1 week के अंदर assessment का mail आता है। Assessment offline center पर होता है और next day interview भी हो सकता है। Coding round में 4 questions मिलते हैं, जिनमें से 3 attempt कर सकते हो; cutoff roughly 1.5 questions के आसपास रहता है, और अगर 2 questions solve कर लिए तो selection chances काफी strong हो जाते हैं। मेरी तरफ से यही advice है: इस drive को seriously लो और 100% नहीं, 200% effort दो—ये आपके लिए game-changing हो सकता है।
