In this video, I explained the complete Accenture Pre-Joining Assessment (also called Job Readiness Assessment) details, because many of you got only the mail or missed the meeting link. I also clarified one important point: I had already shared the same updates earlier, and the exact same things were confirmed by the Accenture panel in the meeting. So if you’re confused about how many tests are there, what happens if you fail, and what exactly Accenture wants for early onboarding—this video covers everything clearly. I broke it down into two onboarding paths. One is the normal Primus training flow: foundation training for 2–3 weeks, then stream training for around 8–10 weeks, and after that a readiness assessment. The second is the early joining route where Accenture directly takes the readiness assessment without any training. Currently they are taking one MCQ test (around 1 hour), but they also said they can take another test if they want. There is no negative marking, the cutoff is 60%+, questions are medium level with situational MCQs, and the syllabus depends on the stream you selected in the survey form (like Generative AI, AWS, etc.).
