iFi hip dac 3 is a fantastic little portable DAC/amp with a Burr-Brown chipset, a built-in 2,200 mAh battery, and both 3.5 mm (S-Balanced) and 4.4 mm balanced outputs. In my testing it had tons of usable power for IEMs and full-size headphones, plus genuinely useful features like PowerMatch, IEMatch, and XBass.
