This is the exact FujiXWeekly Cinestill 50D recipe I used on my Fujifilm X100V for the San Francisco photos in the video. I like it most in bright daylight because it adds a fun feel without being overly stylized, and I followed the suggestion to slightly overexpose for results I was really happy with.
