Tower 28 serum concealer BH

I normally don’t like serum concealers, but this one is different—it’s creamy, has really nice coverage, and it doesn’t crease on me. It honestly sits up there with Tarte Shape Tape for my picky concealer standards.

+Doesn’t crease or settle into fine lines on me
+Surprisingly good coverage for a serum-style concealer
+Creamy feel and works well with my base products

Cons

-If you prefer very matte, full-dry concealers, the texture may feel different
