Phlur Matcha Milk surprised me—in the best way. At first it felt a little musky to me, but the dry down is so creamy and milky with just a tiny bit of earthiness. If you’re only getting one of the new mists, this is the one I recommend, and I love layering it with Strawberry Dream.
