Critics say: It’s not a real job, it’s not hard work, influencers are so entitled, they don’t offer any value, they’re just rich people showing off. There’s no doubt a lot of negativity towards influencers, but is it warranted? As someone clearly invested in the online world, I want to dissect this current swell of negativity and critique influencers are facing, and discuss how much of it is fair (some of it - but definitely not all) and how much of it is actually motivated but something more sinister that the haters and critics might not even realize is truly ~influencing~ their opinions.
