Omelette in a bag - healthy breakfast recipe - cooking food channel

This Omelette in a Bag was a recipe that I ran across on Instagram and thought what a cool idea. I have had a Sous Vide for a while and had not done a recipe video on our cooking food channel for quite some time. I thought what a great way to make a simple healthy breakfast recipe and to bring the Sous Vide out of retirement. I love this cooking method and thought it would work out great to do this recipe. I hope you guys love it as much as I did and if you do not have a Sous Vide you can do it over the stove also under controlled temperature.
