This Thai inspired green curry recipe was really flavorful and delicious, it was really simple to make and for next time I will ensure that I consider a thickening agent since the low fat variations of the chicken and the thinner coconut milk do not give a lot of room for thickening without overcooking. It came out incredibly delicious and really hearty, even though it was very low fat.
