This Cast Iron Chicken was really delicious and juicy with a ton of flavor. It was simple to make and totally worth making. I love using the cast iron skillet to make clean eating recipes like this. I feel like the searing on the outside ads another dimension of seasoning and flavor to the recipe. Lodge cast iron skillets can now be found fairly cheap anywhere.
