About This Video

In this video, I get a little racier and more controversial and break down the most manipulative placements I see in the birth chart. And before we even go there, I want you to watch with an objective eye—no offense, no shame—because astrology is education. When I say “manipulative,” I’m really talking about the deeper root: control. When someone feels like they need control, they’ll often manipulate people, situations, or outcomes to get there. I start with the obvious chart signatures: Sun in Scorpio, Sun in Virgo, Sun in the 8th house (and even that control-through-routine vibe with 6th house emphasis). Then I move into rising signs—Virgo, Scorpio, and Pisces—because those ascendants can show power dynamics through communication, perception, and social “facades.” Pisces rising, in particular, can be a social chameleon, and sometimes they’re conscious of how easily people project fantasies onto them. From there, I go deeper into stelliums (Virgo/Pisces/Scorpio), Pluto and Neptune aspects (Sun/Venus/Moon conjunct Pluto, Sun conjunct Neptune), persuasive wordsmith indicators (South Node in Gemini/3rd house, Venus in the 3rd, Mercury-Venus-Pluto combos), and even Lilith/Pluto house placements. The takeaway is simple: these placements aren’t “bad,” but they do show where someone may cling to power—often because they’re scared—and learning that is how you master the energy instead of letting it run you.
