Sweet and Sour Chicken no Batter

Hey guys! Today we are making yummy sweet and sour chicken. We are making this sweet and sour chicken without any batter. Hope you guys enjoy. KeepSm:)ing Sweet and Sour Chicken Ingredients: 2 tablespoons oil for frying 2 boneless chicken breasts, sliced into strips Salt and pepper 1 chopped red bell pepper 4 teaspoons cornstarch, mixed with 4 teaspoons water 1 cup canned pineapple chunks, drained with 1/2 cup reserved juice or 1 whole pineapple sliced into cubes 3 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup chicken stock 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper Directions: 1. In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium high heat. 2. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper and add to pan. 3. Brown chicken and remove to plate. 4. Add red and green bell peppers and cook for 1 minute. 5. Stir in pineapple chunks, juice, vinegar and chicken stock and bring to a simmer. 6. Simmer until sauce begins to reduce. 7. Stir in cornstarch mixture and bring liquid to a simmer. 8. Stir in chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes. 9. Serve and enjoy! Keepsm:)ing!
