Hey Guys! Today we are making an Indonesian dish called "Telur Balado" or hardboiled deep fried spicy eggs!!! This is one of Seth's favorite foods in Indonesia. keepsm:)ing! Telur Balado - Spicy Indonesian Fried Eggs Ingredients: 10 Eggs 5 shallots, sliced thin 2 fresh citrus leaves 1 tsp salt 5 large red peppers 15 small red peppers 1 tomato 2 garlic cloves oil for frying and sautéing Directions: 1. Hard boil eggs, peel, fry in oil till crispy golden brown. 2. In a blender blend 5 large red peppers, 15 small red peppers, 1 tomato with a small amount of oil. 3. Sauté shallots and citrus leaves. Add salt. 4. Add blended ingredients. Simmer till very aromatic. 5. Add hardboiled fried eggs. Coat evenly and simmer briefly! 6. Enjoy and keepsm:)ing!
