Resep Dadar Gulung Bahan isinya: 200 gram gula merah air secukupnya untuk melarutkan gula merah 1/2 butir parutan kelapa Cara membuat isinya: Masukkan gula merah dan tambahkan air secukupnya. Cairkan gula merah. Matikan api ketika sudah mendidih. Saring gula merah. Masukkan parutan kelapa. Nyalakan api dan masak hingga isian tercampur. Jika isian sudah kering, matikan api. Bahan kulit dadar gulung: 1/2 Kg tepung terigu garam 1 sdt 1 butir telur, kocok 750 ml air santan kelapa pewarna makanan sesuai selera Mentega untuk olesi wajan Cara membuat kulit dadar gulung: Masukkan 1/2 Kg tepung terigu dan garam. Masukkan telur. Masukkan air santan. Aduk-aduk hingga merata Jika sudah encer, saring adonan. Beri pewarna sesuai selera. Untuk membuat kulit dadar gulung olesi wajan dengan mentega terlebih dahulu. Ambil adonan dan ratakan di wajan lau tunggu hingga matang. Amati perubahan warnanya, kalau warna yang lebih terang sudah hilang semua berarti sudah matang Angkat dan balik adonan yang sudah matang. Isi kulit dengan isian yang sudah dibuat tadi. Lipat. Keep smiling! :) Cake Omelette Recipe: Ingredients for coconut filling: 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup shredded coconut Enough water to dissolve brown sugar Directions for making coconut filling: Heat brown sugar over low heat and add enough water to dissolve it. Turn off heat as soon as it begins to boil. Strain brown sugar to remove any chunks. Add shredded coconut. Over low heat combine brown sugar and coconut. Turn off heat after mixed well. Ingredients for cake omelette: 4 cups flour 1 tsp salt 1 egg beaten 4 cups of coconut cream Pandan/vanilla/other flavoring or coloring desired Directions for making cake omelette: Combine flour and salt. Mix in beaten egg. Mix in coconut cream. Mix well. Strain dough so that there are no lumps. Add food coloring and/or flavoring if you so choose. Butter your non-stick frying pan and heat your pan on low heat. Pour 1/2 cup of dough into hot pan and coat evenly. Watch carefully. As soon as the color has changed, your cake omelette is fully cooked. Remove from heat and turn upside down on a clean surface. Add one large spoonful of coconut filling and then fold. Repeat until you have made all you desire!
