How To Make Doughnuts | Kue Donat Resep Indonesia

In this video I make doughnuts using an Indonesian recipe as my guide. Below you will find the recipe in Indonesian and English. These turned out really great and my whole family loved them! Resep Donat Bahan-bahan: Tepung terigu 500 g Ragi Instant 11 g Baking Powder 2.5 g Gula Pasir 75 g Garam 7.5 g Mentega/Margarine 50 g Telur 1 butir Air +\- 250 g Cara Membuatnya: Campurkan tepung terigu, gula, garam, ragi instant, dan baking powder. Aduk hingga rata, lalu masukkan telur dan air kemudian aduk kembali hingga bahan tercampur. Masukkan mentega/margarine aduk hingga halus. Istirahatkan selama 30 menit. Potong masing-masing dibentuk bulat. Istirahatkan kembali selama 10 menit. Adonan yang berbentuk bulat dilubangi di tengahnya dengang jari dan letakkan di atas kain kering. Diamkan hingga mengembang cukup besar. Goreng dengang minyak panas. Donat sudah siap diberikan keju, coklat, kacang, gula halus atau lainnya. Keep smiling! :) Doughnut Recipe Ingredients: Flour 3 2/3 cups Yeast 1 package Baking Powder 3/4 tsp Sugar 1/2 cup Salt 1 tsp Butter 1/4 1 Egg Water 1 cup Directions: Mix four, sugar, salt, yeast, and baking powder together. Then add the egg and water. Mix well. Add the butter and mix well. Let rest for 30 minutes. Divide the dough into as many donuts as you desire. Shape into small balls. Let rest for 10 minutes. Stick your finger through the middle of the dough ball and reshape your donut. Place it on a dry towel and let rise until desired size. Fry them in hot oil. Add toppings to your donuts if desired.
