Easy and Fun Funnel Cakes

Hi guys! Today Seth and I make funnel cakes! They are really fun to make and super tasty! I hope you enjoy! Keep smiling! :) Ingredients: 3 large eggs 2 cups milk 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt oil for frying powdered sugar for dusting or toppings of your choice Directions: Whisk all ingredients together. Heat oil. Pour into funnel or water bottle. Hold funnel 1 inch above oil and make a swirling motion as you release the batter. Fill in any large voids but leave some small ones. Fry until golden brown and then flip. Fry until golden brown and then drain on a paper towel. Wait until cool and then add powdered sugar!
