In this video, I’m walking you through our family subjects for the 2025–2026 homeschool year—basically what we’re doing together in our Morning Basket / Morning Meeting before everyone breaks off into their independent work. I love starting our day this way because it sets the tone, keeps us anchored in the Word, and gives us a simple rhythm that works even when life feels full (because… three kids). I share the resources I’m using to keep Bible, worship, and faith conversations front and center, plus a few of the “extras” that make our mornings feel rich without being overwhelming. I also chat through some of the enrichment pieces we rotate in—things like worldview, current events, financial literacy, Spanish, and appreciation subjects (music and art). My goal is always to keep these family subjects consistent but not heavy: short, meaningful lessons that build habits over time.
