This is what I spend in a week as a 25 year old working in digital marketing in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I'm honestly a pretty frugal person when it comes to spending money, but I was curious to see to what extent I was actually frugal. I went thrifting at Front & Company, went to multiple grocery stores around the city like No Frills, bought swimming goggles (super exciting purchase, I know!), made chocolate banana smoothies, had delicious laksa, and more.
