We visited Vancouver's new BULLET TRAIN sushi restaurant, SUSHI ABOARD

Vancouver's West End has a new BULLET TRAIN style sushi restaurant - where you order sushi via touchscreen and the sushi gets shot over to you via an adorable bullet train. Similar to what you'll find in Japan, with conveyor belt sushi, this place opened up during Covid, and is definitely a tasty option for a mostly contactless dine-in experience. Overall, we thought the food was a 7/10 - everything was fresh and tasty but sort of reminded us of All-You-Can-Eat or Food court sushi (personally, I still love food court quality sushi, but the pricepoint was a little high for that), but the experience was 10/10 - super fun!
