This is what happens to your hair after getting a Japanese Ionic Straightening hair perm. I've had this straight hair treatment done to my naturally curly hair for the past 5 years of my life and now that I am growing out my hair, I've decided to share my experience. FYI I didn't specify my hair type in the video (because tbh it's still hard to tell at this point and it's been so long since I've seen my natural hair) but I think I have 2B waves.
